for home-service businesses · built by accel severo

Stop losing jobs to voicemail.

I set up an AI receptionist that answers every call, a follow-up system that texts back the ones you miss and chases every quote, and a website that turns visitors into bookings. You stay on the job.

02 the leak

Most lost jobs never look lost. They look like a missed call nobody returned.

  1. a

    The call you couldn't take.

You're on a job, the phone rings, and the caller tries the next company on the list.

  2. b

    The estimate nobody chased.

The quote went out. Nobody followed up. Someone else did.

  3. c

The form that waited until tonight.

A lead filled in your website form in the morning. You saw it after dinner.

  4. d

    The visit nobody remembered.

No reminder went out, so nobody was home when your tech arrived.

None of that is a marketing problem. It's a follow-up problem, and follow-up is what software does without getting tired.

03 the cost

Put your own numbers in.

This isn't an industry average. Change any field and the math updates underneath.

missed calls a week × share who would have booked × job value × 4.33 weeks

Example values. The audit replaces them with what actually happened when I called.

04 the system

One system that answers, follows up and books.

01 · answer

An AI receptionist that picks up every call

Day or night, it answers in a natural voice and says up front that it's an automated assistant. It answers common questions from your own services, prices and area, takes the job details, and books the visit into your calendar. Anything it can't handle goes to you as a text, with the caller's name and number.

  • answers 24/7
  • discloses AI and recording
  • books into your calendar
  • passes anything unusual to you

fig. 03 · A web lead, followed up on a schedule you set, until it books or says no. It stops the moment they reply.

02 · follow up

Follow-up that runs on a schedule, not on memory

Every missed call gets a text back. Every web form gets a reply in minutes. Quotes get chased on the schedule you set, appointments get reminders, and finished jobs get a review request. Each sequence stops the moment the customer replies.

03 · convert

A website built to start conversations

Fast, mobile-first, and built around one job: turning a visitor into a call, a text or a booking. Click-to-call, text and booking sit on every screen, wired into the same follow-up system.

Sample screens, fictional business: the same site on a laptop and a phone.

05 proof

Work you can test.

LinkFlowState is new, so there's no wall of logos here. Instead, here is work you can call, click or read for yourself. Client work stays private.

public blueprint

Reminders that rebook cancelled slots

Tomorrow's customers get a reminder each morning and can confirm or cancel from it. A cancelled slot is offered to the best match on the waitlist, one person, not everyone. Running it twice never sends twice, and a failed send is retried on the next run.

public code

An AI booking desk for a repair shop

Availability worked out from real opening hours and job lengths, an AI intake that turns a messy request into a clean booking, and an admin dashboard. Public code you can run yourself.

tested demo

A chat agent that qualifies and books, once

Built for a clinic demo and tested live: it asks a few questions, scores the lead, and books a real calendar slot. Asking to book twice still makes exactly one booking.

prototype

Follow-up that stops when someone replies

Drafts each follow-up, waits for approval, sends it, and ends the sequence the moment the person writes back. Tested offline; not yet run for a client.

Where there's a link, you can check the work yourself. Where there isn't, the card says what stage it's at. If something here is wrong, email me and I'll fix it or take it down.

06 founding spots

Three founding spots.

I'm starting with three home-service businesses on founding terms. In return I ask for two things: access to your call logs before and after, and permission to publish what happened, good or bad.

A one-page report: calls answered, texts sent, visits booked, and anything the AI got wrong.

08 questions

Straight answers.

Will callers know it's AI?
Yes. It says so at the start of every call, along with a note that the call may be recorded. Callers can ask for a person at any time, and it passes their details to you.
What if it gets something wrong?
It only books the services and time slots you approve. Anything outside that becomes a text to you with the caller's details, so nothing gets promised that you didn't agree to.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your existing number forwards to the receptionist when you don't pick up, after hours, or all the time. Your choice, and you can change it any day.
Does it make sales calls?
No. It only answers calls people make to you. I don't use AI voices for outbound calls.
What about the rules for text messages?
Business texting in the US needs carrier registration (A2P 10DLC). I handle the registration with you during setup, and replies like STOP are honored automatically.
Who owns everything?
You do: the number, the accounts, the recordings and the data. I work inside your accounts and hand over a written guide.
Where are you based?
In the Philippines (UTC+8). Your system runs around the clock in the cloud. I reply to email within one business day and schedule calls in your morning or evening.
What does it cost to run?
Your plan price, plus phone and text usage at cost, itemized every month. No markup on usage.

09 who builds it

Accel Severo
Accel Severo

One builder, start to finish.

I'm Accel Severo. I build every LinkFlowState system myself, from the call flow to the last test, and I hand each one over with a written guide: what it does, what can fail, and what to do then.

My engineering is public. The blueprints and code linked above run their checks on every change. Client work stays private.
